Nardeen Srouji

Nardeen Srouji – was born in 1980 in Nazareth, lives and works in Haifa. A multidisciplinary artist who deals mainly with place-dependent works. These works break down layers of knowledge, culture and material, disrupting physical space and raising questions about place, time and perception of reality, in a constant attempt to expand the boundaries of the status quo.

Bachelor’s degree in English literature and art, University of Haifa (2004), master’s degree in the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Master’s Program, Jerusalem (2017).

Her works have been exhibited in many exhibitions:

Gestures of time, the Qalandiya International Biennial, Ramallah, (2012). Manam, the 5th Riwaq Biennale, Qalandiya International, Haifa – Ramallah (2016).
